1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the data controller is Monocodes Teknoloji ve Yazılım, which operates the MediaBodrum brand (“MediaBodrum”).

2. Data we process

• Identity and contact data: name, phone number, email address, business name.
• Request data: the message you write in the contact form and the budget range you choose.
• Security data: IP address, browser information and the addresses of pages visited. These are kept only in server and security logs; the site uses no analytics or tracking tools.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to answer your requests, prepare proposals, deliver our services, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

The legal bases are those in Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for a contract, our legitimate interest, compliance with a legal obligation and, where required, your explicit consent.

4. Transfers

We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed to provide the service: with Yandex 360, our company’s email provider, which delivers your contact form message to us and the confirmation email to you; with Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site; with the provider of the server that hosts the site; and with public authorities when legally required.

Because these providers may process data on servers abroad, such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

5. Retention

Information sent through the form is kept until your request is concluded and for statutory limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights under Article 11

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, at home or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set by the law.
• Request that these actions be notified to third parties who received the data.
• Object to a result against you produced by automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

7. How to apply
