Yacht and gulet charter
Charter enquiries mostly come from abroad, months ahead. The person writing to you has never seen your boat; all they have to go on is your website, your photos and how fast you reply.

The digital problems in this sector
Enquiries come from London, Munich and Dubai. If the English content is weak or the site is slow, the guest moves on to another broker.
Charter platforms and brokers bring visibility, but with commission, so the share of direct enquiries stays low.
Boat details are scattered: cabins, crew, routes, what is and is not included. You answer the same questions with every enquiry.
Messages from other time zones get answered late, and an enquiry left unanswered for the first few hours is often lost.
